ABOUT THE TEACHER
Lisa Youngblood is an elementary art teacher based in College Station, Texas. While attending college at the Academy of Art University, San Francisco, she also ran her own photography business. She is state-certified EC-12, and over the past eight years, has taught students from ages 4-17 at public and private schools. She currently teaches preschool through sixth-grade elementary art and a high school level photography course. She enjoys creative outlets such as digital and design art, coloring, and photography in her free time. Her favorite lessons to teach are in the areas of watercolor and ceramics. Her knowledge of the art field, mixed with experiences from the professional art world, brings a unique perspective that enhances her offerings to the children she teaches
