Monthly Craft Club Subscription FAQ

My Subscription

Upon signing up for the Monthly Craft Club, you will receive a monthly package from Kid Made Modern. Packages are shipped each month between the 15th and 20th. Your credit card will be billed upon shipping. If you sign up prior to the 15th of the month, your first box will ship during that month. If you sign up after the 15th, your first box will ship in the following month. For example, if you sign up on October 10, your first box will ship October 15-20. If you sign up October 16, your first box will ship November 15-20.

Each subscription box comes with everything you need for an arts and crafts activity and a Tips & Tricks Instructions Sheet to inspire your child as they complete the activity.  

When you purchase a pre-paid subscription you have the option to choose 3-Month or 6-Month. All of the boxes are paid for upfront. You will receive a new box each month for the pre-determined number of months and then your subscription will end.

If you wish to continue your subscription after your 3-Month or 6-Month period is over, you will need to sign up for a new subscription option.

Log into your account and click Manage Subscriptions (under your name in the grey box). Click on Delivery Schedule and click Skip on the box you would like to skip.

At this time, the boxes cannot be purchased individually and must be purchased as a subscription. If you wish to receive just one box, you can sign up for the monthly subscription and then cancel after the first box has shipped.

Log into your account and click Manage Subscriptions (under your name in the grey box). Click on Subscriptions and click on Cancel.

Absolutely! If you wish to give an ongoing subscription as a gift, sign up for the monthly subscription and simply put your recipient's information into the shipping fields. 

Or, if you prefer to gift a fixed number of months, you can order our 3-Month or 6-Month Prepaid Subscription options and enter your recipient's information in shipping address at checkout.

You are able to skip a month, but cannot pause your subscription indefinitely. If you need to stop your subscription for several months, we suggest you cancel and then sign back up when you're ready to start crafting again.

For the rest of November and through December, new subscribers will receive their first Craft Club box immediately upon ordering to ensure products will arrive in time for Christmas. Guaranteed delivery time will be updated at a later date.

Please note that Craft Club Subscription Boxes come in special packaging that does not require an additional box, so the contents of the shipment will be revealed upon delivery. If you would like to keep your delivery a surprise, track your order through the shipping confirmation email you will receive when your Craft Club order has been processed

Shipping & Billing

Your credit card will be charged on the 15th of every month. Unless you sign up for the prepaid option in which case you will be charged immediately.

Your Monthly Craft Club subscription box will be shipped each month between the 15th and the 20th. Any orders placed after the 15th, will receive their first order in the subsequent month. 

Log into your account and click Manage Subscriptions (under your name in the grey box). Click on Billing Information and click Update Card. Update your card details and click Update Card to complete. 

Log into your account and click Manage Subscriptions (under your name in the grey box). Click on Subscriptions and click on Edit. Under Shipping, click Edit again to change your address. Click Save to complete. 

Subscription orders ship free within the Continental USA. For shipping outside of continental USA, shipping varies by destination and is calculated at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase we'd be happy to help fix the problem. Items purchased on kidmademodern.com can be returned within 60 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
