Shipping & Returns
Shipping options and charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Costs are based on selected shipping options, order weight and destination.
Free Shipping offers are valid only on orders shipping within the continental U.S. Gift cards and taxes do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement on Free Shipping Offers. Eligible customers must select this option during checkout in order to receive free shipping.
We ship to all US territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Orders shipped to PO Boxes are sent via USPS Priority Mail and FedEx Smart Post. Unfortunately, we cannot offer express and/or overnight shipping for these locations.
We strive to process most orders by the end of the following business day, with delivery timeframes depending on the carrier and shipping method selected.
Please note that Kid Made Modern ships out of multiple warehouse locations. It is possible for your order to arrive in multiple shipments. For assistance with tracking information, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com.
Our Warehouses operate Monday-Friday. Please keep in mind that national holidays are also observed.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is processed by our warehouse, we will send you an email confirming all shipping details. If you have registered for a user account, you can track the details of your order in the MY ACCOUNT section.

If your tracking number states that your package was delivered but you are not able to locate the package on your property, we are more than happy to help! Before reaching out to us though, please review the list below for helpful tips:
- Check the tracking number to confirm that the package was delivered to your address and not a nearby Access Point.
- Confirm that there are no activity log updates on the tracking number that the item was returned to the sender.
- If you live in a house, check around your property thoroughly. Couriers will occasionally leave items in a discreet area to minimize the risk of package theft. It is often also helpful to check with neighbors.
- If you live in a building with a concierge/mail room, confirm with them that they do not have it.
If you are still unable to locate the package after completing the above checks, please reach out to email@example.com noting that after completing these checks, you are still unable to locate the package. Please be sure to include your order number. We will help you find your order!
Sales tax is automatically applied to orders shipped to New York, California, Minnesota, Florida, Illinois, and North Carolina addresses. No sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to addresses outside of New York, California, Minnesota, Florida, Illinois, and North Carolina.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you are delighted with your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we'd be happy to help fix the problem. Items purchased on kidmademodern.com can be returned within 60 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Kid Made Modern products purchased from other retail outlets must be returned to the original place of purchase.

Please allow 14 days for your return to be processed. Once your return is processed, we will send an email to confirm the finalized return.
Original shipping charges are not refundable and customer is responsible for return shipping fees, unless the incorrect item was sent or the item was received damaged upon delivery.
Kid Made Modern is unable to make address changes at this time. See Canceling an Order.
Cancelling an Order
We cannot guarantee any cancellations or changes once your order has been completed, but we are sometimes able to make changes to orders that have not yet been shipped. Orders that have already shipped cannot be changed or canceled. If your order has already been processed in our warehouse, our team will be more than happy to assist you with the return process.
