- Plastic headbands

- Scissors

- Hot glue

 

Steps

New Year's Eve Headbands Step 1

1. Bend the fuzzy sticks into numbers, trimming with scissors as needed.

2. Add the numbers to the top of a plastic headband with a little hot glue on the low temp setting.
